Description

This womens jumper features the delicate "Cairngorm" fair isle pattern across the yoke. Seamlessly knitted in soft, super fine merino lambs wool. Camel is a light sand colour yarn complemented with patterns in rose pink and beige which looks great paired with brown. Ribbed crew neck, hem and cuffs.

Available in sizes XS (UK 8) to XL (UK 16)

Designers notes - the inspiration behind Cairngorm pattern

I've designed this fair isle yoke jumper in Geelong super fine lambs wool rather than the traditional Shetland-style wools I normally use. This soft wool is ideal for those who find the classic wools too harsh on their sensitive skin as it is from the merino lamb.

To reflect the delicate feel of the yarn, I designed a pattern for the yoke based on ice crystals so have called this the Cairngorm pattern after the mountain range in the Eastern Highlands of Scotland where the last Scottish glaciers were found.
