Knitted in Shetland-character wool which is spun in Aberdeenshire, our Aviemore yoke Fair isle jumper has a 2-tone design for an understated take on the fair isle look. It has a ribbed crew neck, hem and cuffs. This jumper is knitted “in the round” so is seamless - a traditional technique for fair isles and a zero-waste production method. Putty colourway is pale beige with pattern in black.
Available in sizes XS (UK 8) to XXL (UK 18)
Our Aviemore yoke jumper is in our "comfort" fit for a modern look, Perfect for relaxed weekends and lazy days. Back length of the Medium size is approximately 24 1/4 inches (62cm).

Designers notes - the inspiration behind Aviemore pattern

The Aviemore pattern was inspired by old knitting patterns I remember seeing as a child which belonged to my Grandmother. They were for 1960s "Ski wear" - normally a 2 colour pattern featuring dots and snow flakes. When naming this design, it was an obvious choice to call it "Aviemore" after the town at the heart of the Scottish ski industry.
